Enjoy the ultimate in eco-tourism as you trek through Jeju Island, formed a million years ago by a volcanic eruption. Jeju Island was named a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2002, UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007, and a UNESCO Global Geopark in 2010. Watch as the sky light up in radiant colors against the nation’s first 2 level bridge, Gwangandaegyo, during the Busan International Fireworks Festival. This fascinating multimedia show was originally held as part of celebrations for the 2005 APEC Conference. Its immense popularity has allowed it to grow into an internationally acclaimed festival attracting 1.3 million members a year.

Get a taste of authentic Korean food this October in the culinary capital of Korea, Jeonju. A variety of scrumptious delights await you at the Korea Food Festival, including Jeonju bibimbap, marinated galbi ribs, and even the incredibly healthy food from Buddhist temples. The festival is held over four days and features an enormous bibimbap making event, hansik food tour, an exhibition on medicinal food, demonstrations on how to make things like spicy gochujang paste and glutinous rice cake and so much more!
