Attractive Walking and Cycling Tracks
in Daegu, South Korea
Are you living in Daegu, OR you are the person came here for few days? Do you want to maintain yourself healthy physically as well as mentally? If yes, walking and cycling is the best option. Friedrich Nietzsche, a German Philologist, said “All truly great thoughts are conceived while walking”. Daegu Metropolitan authorities sustain many beautiful and attractive walking and riding tracks around the river side in Daegu including Sincheon River, Geumho River, Nakdong River, and others. Here, I am covering the walking track around the Sincheon River, which goes towards the Geumho river. Let me show few of the attraction of these tracks.
I Walked almost 15 km from Suseong middle school (수성중학교) just nearby Sincheon river towards the Paldal bridge (팔달교) on Geumho river.
Wood made small walking bridges increases the magnificence of the tracks.
Many people come every day at morning and night for walking as well as for cycling to make themselves healthy and fit
Various field areas in the way bring the silence and coolness in your soul.
If you are tired and want to take some rest, benches are available to sit and small cottage to lay down and take a little nap.
For physical exercises, along with the tracks, various exercise instruments are available. In addition, ground are built for various games such as basketball, badminton, tennis, etc.
Many other facilities such as rest rooms, air pumps, and drinking water are available while on the track.
There are also various small attractive lakes, waterfalls, and lovely birds in the rivers. You can make himself stress-free by listening music while walking and sitting alone in the middle of the river.
Recommend to get off at Daebong-gyo station, subway line 3 for walking and cycling along the Sincheon river
