How does it work?
Basically, you order dropwort by bundle. Usually, people order a bundle of dropwort, which is enough amount for a group of people to eat with Samgyupsal. The server will bring side dishes and utensils for you. You pay for the side dishes by the number of people in your group! The side dishes include garlic and ssamjang(soy bean based paste) Some farms sell everything you need even samgyupsal. So make sure to ask them which things they sell before you decide to take a seat and order! Bringing samgyupsal will give your more options to choose from, though!
